Популарност:  |  the great Macedonian Voevode - Krastio Asenov Krastio Asenov was born in the city of Sliven on the 2 april 1877. Asenov is a nephew to the legendary bulgarian voevode Hadji Dimitar. When the fighting for the liberation for Macedonia and Trace began, Asenov decided to particpate in this greatly work. He is a friend with Goze Delchev, Hristo Chernopeev and Jane Sandanski, and they together made the socialistic and left ideas in IMARO. Krastio Asenov particpated in the "Miss Stone" affair together with Sandanski and Chernopeev. Asenov is one the most fearful, most resolute and inspire strike with ave and respect, voevods in Macedonia. He was killed by the turks during the fights in the Ilinden-Preobrajenie uprising. |
